Learn to make healthier decisions that will change your life and create a smarter, healthier lifestyle.
It’s the one recommendation in almost every diet plan, every guide to nutrition, every fitness book. Even organizations such as the U.S. Department of Agriculture, the World Health Organization, the American Heart Association, the American Cancer Society, and the National Center for Chronic Disease Prevention and Health Promotion agree. But as much as it’s preached, most people still don’t eat enough fruits and vegetables every day. What is important, as all the research shows, is to increase your intake of fruits and vegetables to 5-9 servings per day for a more healthier you.
How Can We Accomplish This Goal?
You will need to decide what choices you need to make by having a more healthier lifestyle by consuming more fruits and vegetables. Is it by juicing fresh vegetables, fruits and greens and making a healthy drink? Or is by blending your favorite fruits, vegetables and greens in a Vita-Mix and creating delicious smoothies or blended drinks? Or is it a combination of eating more fruits and vegetables raw along with juicing or blending? Whether it be juicing and/or blending it makes consuming the recommended quantity of daily servings of fruits and vegetables an attainable goal.
